At Mojotone, we stand behind our high-quality electronic components and musical equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronics back to our facility.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all documentation and protective padding to ensure sensitive components are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a carrier with tracking capabilities to our North Carolina warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for signs of installation or use, and approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
